Our 14-day return policy states that you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OPENED PRODUCTS!
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Returns are only possible if there was an error in shipping the item, at the seller's discretion.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been opened or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
